Brazil is one of the most well-known coffee origins and is the largest coffee producer in the world! While it has a wide range of different growing regions, the Minas Gerais region with its rich soil and amazing climate is the main growing region. Brazil coffee has very low acidity, so it is a very well enjoyed coffee! This coffee comes from Fazenda Santa in the Cerrado region. It is very smooth, and well rounded with low acidity, a medium body, with notes of chocolate and caramel.
