Shipping Policy

We are here to provide you with a fresh amazing cup of coffee! By doing this, we roast all our our coffee to order, and ship it out as fast as we can. It typically takes around 1-2 business days before we can get our products shipped out! If it will be a longer lead time, we will be sure to contact you right away, letting you know of this change.

Return & Exchange Policy

As we are trying our best to serve you with an amazing cup of coffee, we strive each and everyday to come up with new ways we can make things better and more efficiently. With that being said, we sadly do not accept returns or exchanges on our coffee, but we do accept returns on any other merchandise item that is not coffee. This reduces the risk of contamination, and coffee becoming stale. We want all our customers to be treated fairly! We would never send an old bag of coffee to any of our customers, that has been sitting around for a long period of time! We truly appreciate your understanding, and would love to hear some feedback from you!

In regards to the merchandise, we do accept Returns & Exchanges on all merchandise! We want to try our best to make our customers happy! If you are note happy with your merchandise, send it right back to us, and we will fit you with your needs!
